My name is Steven Evangelo Michas, and I am a Serial Entrepreneur who has created many successful Private Equity, and Venture Capital companies focused on eCommerce Growth, and Growth Hacking, and Digital Transformation of businesses.

I’ve generated over $4 Billion USD in Direct Revenue within the last 9 years, and I’ve generated over $3 Billion USD in Downstream Revenues.

I’ve generated over hundreds of millions of Unique Visitors, and I’ve generated over 641,000 Amazon Reviews, and thousands of additional eCommerce Reviews on other platforms.

I’ve Founded multiple companies, and I personally grew them from $0 to over $350 Million Per Year USD within 2 – 4 years with full Revenue, and Growth Responsibility.

I also specialize in taking Equity, and Revenue Sharing Operating Roles in existing businesses, and transforming every Division within companies using Paid Digital Media Ads, and Data Science with Data-Driven PPC Algorithms, and Reporting.

I currently, and previous, have been a Founder, Chairman, CEO, CMO, COO, CIO, and Chief Data Officer of businesses I’ve grown by multiple tens, to hundreds of millions; I am currently, and have also been, on multiple Global Boards of Directors, as a Board Member, and Advisor to Board Members.

I’ve Founded 90 Degree by Reflex, and it quickly became one of the largest privately held Fashion & Apparel companies in the world. I also Founded Demeter Biotech, and put together a deal resulting in the first ever FDA clinical trials for a prescription intended to treat Autism, and with Demeter Biotech, we are preparing to distribute these medication throughout the USA, Russia, Ukraine, 12+ Eastern European Countries, Australia, and New Zealand; clinical trials are held at Harvard University, Mayo Clinical, and the NIH, and are sponsored directly by the US Department of Defense, and the FDA. With Demeter Biotech, research is underway on new drug development, and we are preparing to launch several exciting new prescriptions intended to begin FDA clinical trials within the next few years. Demeter is also offering medical tests for biomarkers for several conditions, and I’m currently involved in transitioning the biomarker tests to home based test kits. At Demeter, I’m also leading the initiative to develop a new 3D nano processor for medical computing, and for Blockchain, and Crypto computing.

Additionally, I’ve taken Equity & Revenue Sharing Operating JV Roles with Nourison, the worlds’ 2nd largest rug manufacturer, where I founded their eCommerce, and Data Science Division. I also did the same for Frosch, and Frosch USA, and I launched all of Frosch USA, and the Frosch USA eCommerce department, and their Data Science Division.

I Partnered with Royal Heritage, one of the worlds’ leading manufacturers of Textiles to increase their Revenue from the hundreds of thousands per year to over 10s of million per year, and I founded their eCommerce, and Data Science Divisions.

I’ve also taken Equity, and Profit Sharing JV Operating Roles with Microskin, Microskin USA, Radow Law Group, Masterpiece Textiles, Venture Stationary, and several others.

I’ve also Founded many successful eCommerce brands such as Deliver Kosher, Love of Candy, Yogalicious, Velocity Sportswear, Paciface, Ostrich Desks, and several other high profile eCommerce, and CPG brands.

My primary business strategy is to use Paid Digital Media Ads, along with Data Science, to create software I use to acquire targeted traffic within a comfortable Cost Per Sale. As a Data Science Engineer, I’ve created multiple proprietary softwares I’ve used to calculate complex bidding strategies for Pay-Per-Click / PPC platforms, and then I use my skills in Data Engineering to design, and architect, sophisticated Reporting Tools to breakdown exactly how much I’m acquiring targeted traffic for with my Paid Ads

My entire strategy revolves around a single calculation:

Cost Per Acquiring 1 Customer, or Cost Per Sale

I calculate this as follows:

Total Sale Amount – Cost of Goods – Operating Costs – Cost of Ads

After I calculate the Cost Per 1 Sale, I then use my own Ecosystem Methodology to Calculate the Lifetime Customer Value of repeat customers. I use my Data Science Reporting Tools to further break down the Lifetime Customer Value into specific ranges, such as Profi Per Customer during a Quarter, Month, Week, Day, or Year.

The rest of my strategy involves my complex algorithms determining how to acquire Customers at the cheapest prices, with the cheapest Bids.

I also use SEO, Brand Marketing, Review Generation, UI/UX, and Deep Funnel Generation to relentlessly test different strategies to increase my Conversion Rate.

As my Conversion Rate increases due to Reviews, Organic Search Placement, and other branding factors, my Conversion Rate will increase without having to spend extra to acquire new customers.

I then provide exceptional Customer Experiences, and leverage Economy of Scale, with Sustainability, and use my Data Engineering skills to A + B test multiple factors along the Customer Lifecycle Journey I architect, and engineer.
